- 02CanDo is based in Thurgoona, a suburb of Albury/Wodonga, on the NSW/Victorian border. I am available to meet face to face with local clients when needed. My team are scattered in various towns and cities throughout the country. We have clients all over Australia, easily managed with software and planning. We currently have clients in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
- 03YES - I require a signed service agreement before commencing work for all jobs, big or small. Both parties digitally sign the agreement, which confirms the services to be provided, the agreed hourly or package rate, confidentiality/non-disclosure, payment and credit terms, and termination process.
- 04Should circumstances arise that a client needs to cancel our agreement, the client should give notice in writing. The client will be charged for any outstanding work inclusive to the point of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable.
- 05YES - we have Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Cyber Insurance in place and due on 30/11 of each year. Certificates of Currency can be provided upon request.
- 06Invoices are emailed for all work undertaken with strict 7 day credit terms in place. Invoicing can be done weekly or fortnightly depending on our agreement. All payments should be made via the direct deposit using the bank details provided on the invoice.
- 07We are committed to delivering all projects and tasks by the agreed deadline. Turnaround time can depend on the complexity and urgency of the job. As a general rule, turnaround time is between 24-48 business hours to complete most tasks. If your project is time sentitive, please ensure that this is raised when the request is sent to us.
- 08We work predominately on hourly rate or hour based packages, depending on your needs and your budget.
- 09The protection of private and confidential information is paramount in the performance of any work CanDo does for your business. We take confidentiality very seriously and this is addressed in the Service Agreement that is signed before work commences.
